Limited Warranty

Thank you for choosing Raymond Nicholas Designs. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture.

Warranty Coverage (Original Purchaser – Residential Use Only)

• Frame and Springs: Limited Lifetime Warranty Covers defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.
• Seating Components (foam and feather blend cushions, cushion cores, etc.):
  3 Years Covers defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
• Fabric and Leather: 1 Year Covers defects in material and workmanship (excluding normal wear, fading, pilling, or damage from improper cleaning).
  

Important Conditions

• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid for residential use only.
• Proof of purchase (original receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
• Commercial use, rental use, or institutional use is not covered.

This Warranty is Void if:

• The furniture has been used or occupied by any animal (pets, etc.)
• Damage results from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, improper cleaning, or exposure to extreme conditions
